The event opens from 10am-5pm on Saturday & Sunday.

You can pay on the door. Go to the County Stand Ticket Gate.
Entry prices per day are £18 for adults and kids are £5 (with a paying adult, aged 16 years or under)

The event is organised by Festival of Vintage Ltd, a family run business. All staff, stewards and volunteers just work the weekend with the exception of the event director who plans the event all year round.

There are no cloak room facilities at the Festival of Vintage. However you can go back out to your car in the car park.

Most visitors will arrive via the A64 on the A1036 heading into York. Then you turn down Knavesmire Road. which leads to do the Racecourse.
Follow signs for Car Park D.
There is forward parking in Car Park D for Blue Badge Holders

Fast and frequent trains run from London Kings Cross, taking as little as 1 hour 52 minutes. Direct trains running from Edinburgh, Manchester and Birmingham. York Station is a taxi, or brisk walk to the racecourse. It 1½ miles to the Racecourse from the station so a Taxi is recommended

There is plenty of free car parking at the Festival of Vintage in Car Park D. Please follow the signs when you arrive and park as directed by the stewards.

Yes the Racecourse caterers offer catering inside in the Vintage Arcade, the Nostalgia Hall and Outside overlooking the classic vehicle concourse. Plus there is a bar open on the ground floor of the Nostalgia Hall in the Chaps Lounge

There are cash points available in the Vintage Arcade on the ground floor and also as you walk into the Nostalgia Hall.

Some of the vintage traders take cards but not all of them.
We can take cards payments for entry tickets at the ticket entry gate.

The designated forward parking in Car Park D. And then its a short distance down a slope and across the road to the Ticket Entry Gate.
